I was charged $520.95, for 2- guys for 3- hours. They were supposed to show up at 100 pm on 11-17-21, they did not arrive until 315/320 pm. By then, my son and I had moved 85% of the room in a straight flat line to horrible 16’ POD. I called the company and informed them that these to gentlemen only worked for 1- he, as they did contact me and tell me they were running late. I said np. Anyway, when I spoke to Omar, he stated that cause I hired 2- guys for 3- hours, an they only worked 1- hr. He said the company would still have to charge me for 2- hours regardless, but would give me a discount. I ended up paying $368. 57???

First of all, they were late for 55 minutes. They texted that they were running late. I had to say "Okay" because what was I to say. I had to be understanding. The job was done in 2 hours and 10 minutes.
The problem was not with the helpers.They did the job but I think it's insulting that you charged an extra $150 for the extra hour not used and credited me for $27 for the 55 minutes tardiness.
Needless to say, I am not happy with your company. Your employees may be good but with the way you treat your customers, it makes you one of those companies who are out to make a buck, never mind how your customers are treated.

We were extremely satisfied with the four guys we hired to pack our 16ft Pod. They started working right away. They all worked as a team. Carrying boxes and furniture down three flights of stairs. They disassembled and wrapped some items. They were efficient, and occupied every inch of the Pod. They finish the job before the time. I highly recommend Hire Helper.
