They were awesome! On time, prepared, and moved everything so quickly and efficiently. We were worried about all our things fitting in the van but they packed it all with no issues. Definitely recommend and would hire these guys again.

Efficient Moving Labor lived up to their name. They worked quickly and handled our stuff well. They were able to navigate some challenges as posed by our staircase and also helped to assemble some bed frames. I would definitely recommend these movers to anyone who is looking for reliable and efficient support for moving.

DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. I am baffled by these other positive reviews. The movers showed up an hour late, which wouldn’t have been a problem at all, I really didn’t care, but they were so rude about it, and then proceeded to rush like crazy to move my stuff. They were tossing around fragile boxes, smashing heavy boxes on top of lighter ones, just dragging my stuff down the stairs instead of carrying it, etc. They also fully and completely ignored and brushed off every single thing I said, like “it would be great if this could be packed towards the front”, or, “that’s fragile”, or “that has handles, can you please carry it instead of dragging it”. Finally, they had the absolute gall to try and rush me like crazy through the payment process, looking over my shoulder and trying to tell me what to do (I was not being slow, and it had only been 1:15 out of the 2 hours that I booked, there was no need). I deeply regret hiring these guys, what an absolute nightmare. I’m terrified to unpack my stuff and find out how much is broken. Learn from my mistake and hire someone else!!!
