Movers failed to properly wrap furniture causing dents in furniture.

Thank you for your feedback. First and foremost our top priority is making sure we meet our clients expectations. We are a five star company and we strive on setting a high standard for ourselves and making sure that we aim to deliver a great experience. The client mentioned that we did not properly wrap the furniture which caused dents. We wrapped everything with all the blankets and shrank wrap the customer provided. In which we were limited with blankets. We had to improvise using curtains the customer gave to cover the remaining furniture. Blue movers did not load the customers pod so how is it possible that we caused any dents in the furniture. Before we left we did a thorough walk through upstairs, downstairs and the basement. The customer was pleased with no complaints. We pride ourselves on our service and the high quality standards.

Front end loading was late and slow, not prepared, no tools, had to take my own door off Unloading was super, owner and associate went extra mile to place and replace items. Very efficient and friendly.
