Took 30 man hours to do a job that the second moving company did in 6 man hours.
Out of the several people they sent to help us only one seemed like a true professional truly motivated to do his best.
Plus they scuffed up our wood floor packing our bed on it when there was a carpet only inches away they could’ve packed on instead.
We will never use this company again and encourage anyone looking for truly professional help to use top-rated movers on U-Haul.

They showed up late; truck too small to hold all belongings. Delivered 1 load to storage and refused to make a second trip because it was quitting time. I have to pay 9 days of fees for apartment - $750. Lost many valuable belongings.
Please email me and send a truck with 2 movers at 10am on Tuesday, 7/8, to get the rest of my stuff into storage.

I expected a full service move, with all materials and supplies; but I had to provide everything. Also, the customer is expected to protect furniture items themselves to avoid an increase in price for moving services. I didn't even know what protection supplies were needed or how to use them!

The crew arrived on time. Worked quickly and were professional and friendly. They had to unload my POD and then take some furniture in their truck to my son’s home. He also said they were a good crew, nice, friendly and fast. A small cabinet door was missing from a bookcase at his house. I texted Nikia and she found it in the trunk and delivered it. Would be happy to use their services again
