They lowballed the quote to get secure the contract. I made it clear that I was moving items in storage from a 3 Bedroom house. Two men arrived with a medium truck (14ft) and a young lady with a PERSONAL SUV. I even had to place items in MY car. It took two trips.17 miles each way. Before they would even agree to make the second trip I had to pay the young lady an additional $240 via CASH APP. Had they just brought the proper truck, it would not have taken two trips nor 4 hours. I ended up paying $400 more than my initial quote. Overall disappointing experience.

Thank you for your feedback. Although we have nothing to do with the quote that was given. You booked a medium size truck for 2 hours. I’m not sure which hire a helper representative gave you a quote but the size of the truck was listed in your contract via email. We also describe what size truck you booked and you stated that was the perfect size but you really needed a 20Ft truck. You also stated you only had a few items but when we came it was more than expected. You were definitely going over your time with 3 flights of stairs. That’s the reason why we ask all our customer to be as accurate as possible listing their inventory. You also booked the wrong date/month which you were accommodated with same day service. I know moving can be stressful but the crew went above and beyond to accommodate you. Hire a helper representative went over your moving detail twice. The only items that were placed in your car was a television and a computer screen because it was sitting in a storage for 2 years without protection. Thank you for booking!
