Showed up on time and did a good fast job. Only complaint would be the women in the group made some rude comments and was in a bad mood the whole time. The other 3 men did a great job.

What an amazing team! It started with Ashley helping get us all set up. She was super helpful. Tracy and the crew were great! This was no easy task climbing 3 flights of stairs for my son’s move to his new apartment in KC.
They were on time, worked hard and did it with professionalism and a smile. We can’t recommend them enough.

I have moved many times with different movers. I tried this company a couple times. I hired 2 men for 2 hours. The entire time Tracy kept complaining that it should have been 3 men, but they got the job done with 2 men, in slightly less than 2 hours. Tracy doesn't let you look over things before pushing for payment and leaving. They are a bit sloppy. My headboard for my bed was on backwards. The last time I hired them, they broke a vase, and didn't even apologize. They pretty much just put the couch in the garage and when I asked to have it arranged differently, Tracy told me I could help move it. I was paying $125 for a quick 30 minute job. When there was trouble moving the couch, Tracy made me unscrew the legs and rescrew the legs on the couch. This is "Friends" service, except you have to pay them more than beer and pizza. I would definitely say out of the last 10 moving companies I have dealt with, Tracy made the experience very unprofessional. If you hire them, don't let Tracy push you around. Check everything before you pay them!
