This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. Almost everything that I moved of value is damaged. Couch with massive tear in the leather, table with large scratches on the end, cabinet with the top broken in half, bedside rails with holes, wine cooler destroyed. I'm sure there will be much more when I start unpacking.
Please don't use this company.

Service provider was on time and civil. Their professionalism could be improved by balancing it with some customer care. They were in such an obvious hurry to meet their own deadlines and maximize profit from the deal, that I had to argue with the supervisor over whether a box or piece of furniture could be handled again once it was set down on the floor. They were the cheapest option. I guess you get what you pay for.

Friends Moving and Delivery made our move seamless and easy. They are punctual and efficient at getting the job done within the time parameters provided. Even though we only hired three movers, five individuals arrived to help with the move, so we actually got extra hands for free! The project leader, Tracy, is excellent. She manages how to pack the truck and ensures that all items are cared for and the team members know what job they are responsible for. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of service that we received, and I would DEFINITELY recommend them for your future moves.

I signed up expecting a couple shady characters trying to make a quick buck. What I got was a delightful surprise. Ms. Tracy and her crew showed up with positive attitudes, motivation, and ready to work. What I expected to be a 2 hour job was reduced to 30 minutes in 100 degree temperatures with this crew. Amazing. They are the number one reason that if I ever need moving labor help for whatever reason I will be back in contact with you. Ms. Tracy thank you and the fellas for an whirlwind experience that has made me a permanent customer.

It was a very iffy experience. The fact that they were 30 minutes late wouldn’t have been that huge of a deal, but the “greeting” I received at the door was less than welcoming. “Very aggressive” and “condescending” would be my descriptive words for the lady in charge. She proceeded to tell me all the things that I did incorrectly (last time I checked, I hired you because you are the experienced experts… no need to be rude to customers) and the tone she used with me was uncalled for. I would have happily corrected anything if I was wrong about something, but again, I hired you. When she was directing me with the huge truck, she actually got perturbed with me because I didn’t u destined her vague directions. “Parallel to the building” would have been much better directions than what I received. The two movers, though, were awesome movers who were hard working, professional, and they communicated with me if they needed anything. I would not seek out these services again.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Traci and her crew had my fully loaded 15 foot UHaul unloaded in 30 minutes even with them having to go down a flight of stairs. The guys carrying everything into the apartment were VERY professional and communicative. They treated all of my belongings so gently. I will for sure be using them in the future!!!
