They were 15 min late from the end of their "arrival window". They did a good job of unpacking for the 30 min they unpacked. The problem with this system is that I had to estimate the arrival time for our truck with enough slack that the workers would not arrive before the truck. That's if they arrive at the beginning of their arrival window. As it turned out the truck arrived several hours before their actual arrival. We had the job nearly done by the time they arrived. So they unloaded a few heavy items and left with $433. Not their fault but I will not use "Hire-A-Helper" again. Yes, when I realised we would be early, I did call my contact about 6 hours before their scheduled time. That call was not returned.

The guys were on time. They were very friendly and treated our furniture good.. They came to the job prepared, but I think they were a little over their heads. I hired a company a few months ago and they were able to move the same furniture in 2 hours, where these guys took 4 hrs...

I am so greatful for them. Came in last minute when I planned to move myself but then my elevator was down. I was desperate! They communicated well, were so nice and most of all... moved me 6 flights of stairs up and down with no complaints, yes, 6 stories. I thought it might be impossible but they even did it quickly. Made a stressful move much more bearable. Definitly my knights in shining armor that day.

The guys at Bum Rush did a fantastic job unloading our PODs and bringing heavy items into our new house both downstairs and upstairs. They worked very hard and were careful not to damage any walls or floors while they moved the furniture in. We have used them 2 other times (when we moved out of our previous house) and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good moving company.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
