Did a great Job. Very respectful my family and I were very impressed.
We had two helpers for two hours to unload a 16' POD. They confirmed their arrival the day before and arrived on the job 15 minutes early which was fine by us. They worked hard but I was disappointed that they did not bring a dolly which I assumed would be standard practice for moving assistance. Every box and item was carried individually from the POD to our townhome so it was not very efficient and I assume much harder for the workers to move heavy furniture items and multiple boxes at a time. I think if they had the equipment, the move would have been smoother. They spent time struggling to get a couch in the door which we ultimately stopped trying in order to get more boxes unloaded within the time block. They were nice enough to try to bring the couch in again after the boxes were unloaded but we are unsure if it will fit in the door and around the stairs so we had to leave it in the garage for now.
They were on time and worked so hard for me! I explained what I needed done and they jumped right in and finished everything in a timely manner. I enjoyed their company and they were very respectful. I would recommend them to anybody!
These guys were great! They arrived on time. Reviewed the work to be done before starting. They took the time to strategize the best approach and how to protect my furniture. They were done in record time and I would definitely use them again.
We were pleased with their job. We are sorry their job was more difficult because WE could not get a bigger truck from u-haul. They were pleasant, respectful and professional at all times. Took a little longer to load because they really worked hard to get in as much as possible. Certainly work the wage.

We had a 20ft uhaul, could have easily been done in 2 hours with 2 guys but took an hour and 45 minutes with my fiancé doing a lot of work too. They didn't have a doley and one of the guys taking a smoke break and talking on the phone. Overall, were pretty slow and unprofessional.
Nice guys, bad movers. They called the day before my scheduled move to let me know that, due to a high volume, they would be about 3 hours behind schedule. This was no problem for me at the time. Then, the day of the move, they arrived an hour and a half after they said they would. Although I provided blankets and sheets to protect my furniture there are several deep scratches on bookshelves and a cedar chest that are family heirlooms (a leg also broke off of the cedar chest, and was placed across the room so I know that at least one person saw it) and a smaller bookshelf was broken completely without any of the damage being mentioned to me at ALL. I also saw several things, including my mattress, dragged in the dirt. They did stay for additional time - 30 to 45 minutes - but insisted on being paid for a full extra hour. Absolutely NOT worth the money they charge, there are far more competent movers priced much more reasonably. I would rather humiliate myself by begging all of my friends and coworkers to help me move before even considering hiring this company again.
They were excellent! VERY quick, efficient, professional. They arrived in a timely manner and got the job done. I will definitely use them again!
The two men that moved our house hold goods showed up on time and did a very good job. They had a difficult task ahead, because the furniture was mostly all wood and very heavy and the apartment we were moving out of was on the second floor. We requested the movers bring blankets for packing our goods with them and they told us they weren't given that information, so they took it upon themselves to open the packing materials provided by UHAUL. Other than the miscommunication on the blankets we were very pleased and would hire them again.
