Daniel was fantastic. I had several large and heavy items that I needed help loading and unloading into the truck and he was not only helpful, but also an inventive problem-solver. During the move he was communicative and friendly and did not make me feel like a 5th wheel. He was task oriented, finishing well before the allotted time. As far as the rate is concerned, it was one of, if not the lowest rates for the time I needed. I recommend Daniel and his team for your next move.

1. Helpers arrived 1 hr and 10 min late.
2. Helpers loaded ice box on top of conventional king-size mattress. I questioned this, but the helpers indicated that they had placed a vinyl waterbed liner on top of the mattress to protect it. When I unloaded the trailer, the helpers had allowed the vinyl to slide leaving 3/4 of the mattress unprotected. Water from the refrigerator ruined the mattress and a replacement had to be purchased.
2. One of the helpers tried to force the refrigerator through a door, even though the other helper told him to stop several times. The door was gouged in several places.
3. One of the helpers was winching on my boat trailer to move it. I told him to stop because he was winching in the wrong direction. He did not stopped and the gears on my trailer winch were stripped.
4. The top was dropped on a cannister and it was broken.
