The movers worked hard and fast. They did not arrive on time but still got the job done well. It would have been nice if they had more shrink wrap as I had to run to the store to get it while they were here. Overall they were excellent and we would use them again!

Iām giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the crew maintained a good attitude and was courteous throughout the job.
That said, the overall experience reflects very poor business practices and inadequate training. The team arrived about 1.5 hours late, handled my furniture with little care, and made moves that would obviously risk damage. It felt like they were rushing to finish quickly and move on to the next job rather than focusing on doing the work properly.
I find it hard to understand how this company maintains an acceptable rating on this platform based on my experience.
