The movers that came to help us were really good! They were friendly and polite,
amazingly fast and really good at their jobs.
They packed our Pod for us
securely and they were very careful with all of our belongings. Highly recommend!

Packed items we asked them not to pack, including trash, and refused to remove them when we realized what had happened. They packed our pod so high that the door couldn’t open and our movers on the other side had to wedge themselves in to free the door. Our movers on the other side of the move were shocked with how poorly they’d done this job. They put our couch cushions in the pod unwrapped and wedged against the wheel of a bike (a bike we had asked them not to pack) and it was covered in bike grease. We had even went out and bought shrink wrap for them to use. Would not recommend.

Movers showed up late and came in super rushed. I had organized everything to keep it easy and gave instructions to start with boxes before anything else, which did not happen.
They were friendly and the job was done. Just was a bit disappointing. I have worked with movers before and always try to set up my stuff to make it as easy as possible for them.

They communicated well about timing and schedule, I started early to un pack, but not because they were late. Three people came and were very fast and able to get the work done in less than the scheduled time.. two Upack Pods unpacked and in the house in a couple of hours.
