They took great care of wrapping and moving furniture. However they could not fit important items and did not communicate with us even though we told them the items that had greater priority. They had us take out some glass shelves but then left them on the counter with no space to fit them in the Pods. We found a piece of broken furniture on the ground. Gave us confusing info on what to put in empty drawers and those got wrapped before we could put anything, wasting precious space.
They said they would add a third person at no cost but no one showed up so they charged us extra. Verbally they did well but the communication throughout was not good.

The people who came to move everything were wonderful. Were very capable, kind and always checked about any questions they had to be able to move it all without damage, etc. Very respectful of property and very willing to dowhatever it took. They were efficient and did a great job.We would definitely use again or recommend to anyone who needs moving services.

I was very disappointed in the movers I had for many reasons.
1. Boxes which said basement were upstairs in the kitchen and boxes that said kitchen were in the basement. I spent an entire day just putting boxes where they belong.
2. The men were kind enough to put together my bed, but it’s a white upholstered bed and they left black handprints all over it. And my rug in my bedroom had black shoe prints all over it.
3. They broke an antique column made of stone and didn’t say anything. It’s not useable. I’ve had this column displayed in my home for the past 30 years. Not anymore.

Robert, Terry and Marvin were all exceptional at their job They knew how to wrap furniture well and were excellent at packing the truck. I could never have gotten so much in the truck without their help. I would absolutely use this company, and these movers again.
