They arrived 30 minutes after the agreed-upon timeframe. While I had rented 10 furniture mats for them to use, they only used 2 for a 12-foot truck, and when we unpacked, our wooden dining room table for terribly scarred. Disapointing. I paid 50% more than the going rate, expecting top-notch service which I did not receive.
