Used this team for unloading pods into our home. Jesse, Nick and Tony were our guys. They showed up early, which no one should ever complain about. They were courteous and generally professional, placed moving pads at the entrances to the home to protect the floors and even folded our moving pads up when they were complete with the job. I only witnessed one item that was dropped. No broken items etc or damage done by the crew. would hire again for an unload job in the future.

They were right on time and surprisingly quick. What took me and my family 5 hours to pack up only took them 2 hours to unload. I will definitely look them up again when it comes to moving again.

Impressive crew! They arrived on time and were incredibly quick in getting us unloaded in our house without any issues. Due to my POD container being delivered late, I needed to reschedule with 2 days notice and LeDoux was very flexible and easy to work with to adjust the move date. They will definitely be my go-to for any future moves.

Not on time and barely could handle the task. Nice people, but didn't seem to have the energy or strength to lift furniture. One of my electric reclining sofas still does not work. We asked then to stack certain items in garage and on one wall to expedite the move in and make it easier on them as well. For the most part this was done properly. However, the job in general left an impression of mediocrity. They were late to the job and left with almost 30 minutes to spare. I will not use this company again

LeDoux sent over two older gentlemen who, while very courteous, were late to arrive and very slow. I pre-paid the two hours and figured it might take an extra hour or so. IT TOOK 5 HOURS to move a TWO-BEDROOM apartment! So, my bill instead of being in the $400+ range, it ended up being OVER $800+. Completely RIDICULOUS.
I suggest negotiating a flat rate BEFOREHAND for the size of your place. LeDoux did a quality job, but the time they took made it a very unsatisfying move. They not only made the bill huge, but managed to waste my time as well.

The were great with the exception of being an hour late. I would use them again though. Once they arrived they quickly got to work. We did a quick layout/walk through together, explained which boxes went to which room, and then they got to it. They were communicative on items that weren't well labeled to make sure they went to the proper place. They took proper care of my items and most importantly, took great care to not bang the walls/corners/etc of the house. They came prepared with matting to protect the carpet in the house from their shoes. I was very impressed with their care in maneuvering large items. Having seen their work, I would recommend and hire them again! My only feedback to them would be to send a text msg or something if you know you're going to be late (esp. an hour late).

Do not hire this company. They were over three hours late, were too tired to support the move in a propped manner and damaged a lot of our furniture.
