Movers were on time, very polite, took great care of our belongings and worked very hard in the heat without stopping even when we told them to take a break. We would highly recommend them to everyone. We plan to let our realtor know about this service so she can let future home buyers contact them. We were really impressed and we don’t give out compliments lightly.

Terrell Perkins and his other helpers were fantastic! They called 20 minutes before their arrival to let us know they were coming and they were extremely careful in moving our items. They always asked where to put items so as to make our life easier when it comes to unpacking. I would highly recommend Hire a Helper if you need someone to help with your loading or unloading of items. Thank you again for being so helpful, courteous, extremely efficient, and very professional.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On move day the crew lead will provide the customer with a 20-30 minute call ahead. The movers will arrive on moving day with all necessary equipment to perform the job safely and efficiently.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Make necessary accommodations to be better organized and ready for our arrival on moving day.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our elite movers receive hands on training daily and are also required to complete several hours of proper moving technique video modules. Crew leads are more experienced and provide hands on training sessions for all new hires.
