Our guys were great! A different company had packed our container and the items were jumbled and disorganized with some things broken. The Perkins team carefully unpacked the mess and were friendly, courteous and professional as we asked them to place our items in the house.

Efficient and got the piano moved quickly and, if needed, I would use you again.
But they did arrive almost a FULL HOUR BEHIND PLANNED SCHEDULE.
We did get a phone call after waiting over 30 minutes, saying that they were 20 minutes out.
The key problem was WE had no way to see if they were on the way.

On move day the crew lead will provide the customer with a 20-30 minute call ahead. The movers will arrive on moving day with all necessary equipment to perform the job safely and efficiently.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Make necessary accommodations to be better organized and ready for our arrival on moving day.

What training do you provide your crew members?
Our elite movers receive hands on training daily and are also required to complete several hours of proper moving technique video modules. Crew leads are more experienced and provide hands on training sessions for all new hires.
