They showed up 20 minutes late, hung over. I felt like it took longer than it should even with me constantly carrying boxes myself. I was pleased with their packing of the truck and the fact nothing got dropped or broken.

They did a great job! My new apartment has some rickety stairs and they got all my stuff up it quickly, even the super heavy dresser! They were also very accommodating, as it started raining really hard right after they started and they came back after it stopped to finish the job. Definitely would recommend.

The guys were polite, quick and EXTREMELY efficient. Was under the impression that they would come with equipment such as dollies and 'trucks' for moving the heavy items but I either misunderstood or they just came without anything. They were on time, They worked harder than I have ever seen anyone work especially in the extreme heat.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
