Unfortunately, the 2 guys arrived over an hour late without any equipment except for one dolly in their personal car. I had been promised they would have tools; thank goodness I had some for them to use. They packed the POD so poorly that everything was thrown to the floor of the POD during transport. I spent time picking things up off the floor. I have a photo which I wish I could download here to show you. They worked very, very slowly---why not when you're getting paid by the hour. For example, one guy stopped to use bathroom and the other stood outside the door waiting for him. Not very happy about my things being tossed to the bottom of the POD because of the poor loading.

It ended up being fairly expensive for a small amount of moving things. That's due to the 2 hour minimum. The guys were only at our house for about 20 mins before the job was "done." And I say done because we only asked them to move our heaviest piece into the entry way, and not upstairs, because they had difficulty carrying on of our chairs upstairs...to the point it almost fell a few stories. We just were not confident in their strength to get the piece upstairs in one piece without doing any damage.

We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
