When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. I hired Triangle Labor Services through HireAHelper to unload a 26' moving truck at my destination. I had to change the time due to unforeseen circumstances and they were very accommodating. They arrived on time, were professional and did a fantastic job unloading the truck. They even brought their own hand trucks. Their prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them for any task you may have. Best move I ever made without the back breaking work of unloading on me. I was then able to focus on unpacking and arranging everything at my new place.

Our Helpers were on time and worked tirelessly to complete the jobs we asked them to do. Our most worrisome job was to move a very large and very heavy desk through a winding hall and down a stairwell with a 180' turn. They did a super job. And then they proceeded to move many other items for us and were polite and professional. Yes, I would use them again.

They did ok. We were told if we put the tip on the total they would not get the tip. They told us that this should have been a four person job? They showed up after 8 however I was told they started at 8. I started helping because they were slowing down and since I was paying by the hour I needed to get the burn on. Our stair got nicked pretty bad and had a foot print on the wall. They had a lot of cell phone calls during the unloading. Since I have had other laborers help in the past I have pretty goodunderstanding of what it takes to unload a truck.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
