When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. I will personally speak with you and answer any questions you may have. They were on time and got the job done in much less time than they were hired. My only criticism would be that we felt like the 3rd person who said he was the "supervisor" stood around at the end waiting to be tipped. We tipped the 2 workers who actually carried items and did not feel that we should tip the "supervisor".

I'm happy with the work they did...they were moving so fast I had to keep an eye on things I didn't want loaded because they would grab it and load it up...to funny.

They were on time, but that's all that was good with these movers. I asked them to remove their shoes they said they would and didn't. They were extremely slow, they would go out to the truck, stare at the items move things around stare again and then decide to bring something in. We had all of the furniture wrapped in furniture blankets securely, they took off the blankets after I asked them not to remove them, but move the furniture with the blankets to prevent damage to the furniture. They scratched the entire stairway wall with our brown leather chair after I told them to stop they kept doing it. The wall needs to be painted and the chair has no leather on the back. Total lack of respect for others property. I called the boss, he said he would send someone to fix it and I haven't heard from them again. The guy told me when he showed up they make most of their money in tips, that was tacky, and guess who didn't get a tip. I have a tip for everyone - do not use these incompetent and careless movers.
First of all let me start by saying that I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with our movers. I did call you the Monday after your job and left you a voicemail about the smudge left on your wall. I can assure you that we respect all customers property and we employ excellent professional movers. Sometimes things happen during a job. No mover is perfect. However you never gave us a chance to follow up before you complained to HAH and left us an unfair review.

The team of four showed up about 10 minutes late, but called to let me know. I was fine with that as you can't control traffic. They worked hard and didn't complain when they found out that the pod wouldn't go up my driveway and they had to carry all my furniture down to the street. They were very professional and didn't make me feel bad about the lousy placement of the storage pod. They came prepared with hand trucks and moving straps and tools to take apart my beds. They got all my stuff in the pod and I really didn't think it would go. They saved me hundreds of dollars by carefully packing my belongings to make the best use of the storage space. I will definitely use them to unload my storage pod when I close on my new house.

We were running a little behind because of unexpected traffic, but the guys were ok with it and we're waiting for us. Both the gentlemen were professional and courteous. I was moving into a 3rd floor apartment and they were troopers. They unloaded the truck without taking a break. Also, everything arrived without damage. I recommend them to anyone needing assistance with a move.

I needed someone to help me move my large furniture from a 2-bedroom apartment into a home on November 20. I hired another moving company through HireAHelper but they cancelled my appointment at the last minute. HireAHelper helped me hire Triangle Labor Services (TLS) for my move, and I'm glad they did. They did a fantastic job.
The two TLS employees who helped me with my move were Kel and Lonnie, and they did a great job. They were on time, they were prepared for the job, and they worked really hard to complete my move in a timely manner. They were respectful of our things and went above and beyond to ensure that our newly painted walls and new floors were not damaged during our move.

The guys from Triangle knew what they had to do and how to do it. They were well prepared, had the tools, and took care of my things without breaking or scratching a thing. A very personable group, they made the long hard day a little less miserable. I would hire them again but I hope not to move again for a very long time. Thanks to the whole team!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
