When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. I will personally speak with you and answer any questions you may have. Scott and his crew were late due to a last minute substitution of a team member, no fault of their's. They handled all of our possessions with the utmost care. Their packing of our PODs was exceptional. We have a lot of stuff. They stayed pas our estimated time and ensured that the loading was done completely. Excellent job guys.

Bo and Scott arrived early and were ready to go. I was amazed at how well they were able to pack my Pack Rat and get everything in and they took great care with all my possessions. One asked for water the as soon as he walked in the door.
Seemed to be in no hurry to load my pod.
Laborers need some standard training on how to load good. My ladders were laid on top of my mattress. They were not tied down and I had to give instructions on how to do this. However, I was told how much experience he had in loading. Could have done a better job......

Hired two guys to lift the rest of my belongings from the truck, that required two people to carry. They made quick work of it and should be paid more for their time.

These four men deserve high praise. They were on time, had all the tools and support they needed from their company, and worked very hard in very warm weather. The best part was their attitudes and approach to protecting and securing our property which will be stored for several months. I will use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
