When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. I will personally speak with you and answer any questions you may have. The men were on time and worked very hard. They were considerate of what we needed. This was not a typical packing job as it was sorority house furnishings but they handled it with speed. I would definitely hire them again.

The movers were polite, well prepared and equipped, and quick. They moved a bunch of furniture and boxes from a 3rd floor apt to a pod in the back of a parking lot. Really satisfied with the service.

They showed up two hours late. Not happy with that at all. They did a pretty good job of working once they got there. If the U-haul truck rental place had not been so nice, it would have cost me an extra day of rental for the truck. It would have been a lot of money.
If they cannot make it at the time requested, they should have stated so!
Not sure if I would use them again. I would make sure of more details first.

This company was great. They sent me two young guys, one a military veteran. They worked so hard moving things from a third floor apartment to a moving truck. They were on time and were very careful with all my belongings. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them for more work. Please tip these guys, they work very hard.

The guys that came out were great. They arrived on time. Very efficient and ready to do what ever we asked. Very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. They did not utilize the storage space as well as I would have liked but overall I give them high marks for doing a great job. Mark was great in setting everything up and Scott and Lewis the movers were a great team. I highly recommend them and would call them again if I ever needed this type of help.

Don't hire. They put my 150 pound safe on top of my sofa instead of on the floor of the container. They didn't wrap my piano bench at all and now the corner is damaged. Searching for the chipped wood in the container. Piled heavy boxes on top of the legs of my kitchen chairs. Chairs were on their side. They got all my belongings into the container but didn't put thought into how it should be packed so that items would not be damaged in transit.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
