Chris Moving LLC arrived on time, but unfortunately, the quality of service was extremely disappointing. Good customer service should include professionalism, courtesy, and care throughout the entire move, and this company fell short in every area.
The crew seemed more focused on completing as much work as possible rather than doing the job properly. Considering their rates, the service was mediocre at best and not worth the cost.
The biggest issue occurred on moving day. After we arrived at the destination, Chris refused to unload the truck, suggested finishing the move the following day, and left me with a fully loaded rental truck and nowhere to park it. I had no choice but to drive the truck back to the rental facility and leave it overnight, resulting in additional mileage and rental charges that I had to pay.
When they returned the next day, they rushed through the unloading process, damaging both my home's walls and several pieces of furniture by carelessly banging them into the walls. They also failed to reassemble my bed and lost the screws and mounting hardware needed to put it back together, leaving the bed unusable.
To make matters worse, Chris charged me an additional $250 for the second day of work on his own initiative without documenting or reporting the charge through HireAHelper, despite the extra day being necessary because he refused to complete the move as originally scheduled.
Overall, this was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. Between the incomplete service, property damage, lost hardware, and unexpected charges, I cannot recommend Chris Moving LLC to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic! Chris and his crew did a marvelous job packing our belongings in a professional and expeditious manner. They did a great job getting all our belongings into a 16 x 8 x 8 POD. I most strongly recommend them and definitely would use them again in the future you lie thank you Chris and crew for making our move a wonderful experience.

Chris Moving Services was truly a 10/10—honestly, 11/10! Chris and John arrived right on time and immediately got to work. I was worried because my POD ended up being much smaller than I expected, and I didn't think everything would fit. Somehow, they packed everything so efficiently and made the absolute most of the space.
They even wrapped some of my furniture without me mentioning it ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Despite the extra care they took, they still finished within the scheduled time window.
I was definitely a little nervous throughout the process, but Chris and John were incredibly patient, reassuring, and professional. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and handled everything with care.
I honestly couldn't have asked for better service. I'm so grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend Chris Moving Services to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and professional movers!

All three of our movers (Chris, Keith and Javier) were delightful and really helpful! Their communication was great. They were on time and packed the pod perfectly. They completed the packing quickly and efficiently then helped us move a heavy piece of furniture to the garage. We made some connections (also Atlanta Falcons fans and hometown near our family).
