They were asked to wrap all cherry wood furniture they didn't wrap the table top and it was severely damaged. The insurance I feel should cover the entire cost to refinish the tabletop it will not. 60cents per pound doesn't come close. We noticed marijuana use between locations which is not except able. We appreciate the fact the manager offered 338.00 towards the damage but there was also damage to chairs and the entertainment center plus the buffet because of the way it was packed in the trailer other furniture bumped or was laid on it that caused a dent or rub marks. Very unhappy with the whole process except for the manager offering that amount of money towards the repair of the table

Mover's response:
We wrapped all furniture and also used blankets over everything even the table had 4 blankets used for it specifically, the client used a very large utility trailer for the move and had her son drive the trailer and between locations we tried to keep up with the trailer but we could not as her son was driving over 80 mph on back roads and the trailer was bouncing around all over and we feel if there was any damage that this is where the damage came from entirely but we also compensated the client with over 300$ off their order and also didn’t charge them for any supplies used, all teammates rode together and had no time for any breaks whatsoever and there was no mention to the manager of any illegal concerns during or after the move so I’m a little surprised the accusations at a later date plus all employees are drug tested accordingly, this client had also stated the last moving company damaged all the same furniture but we saw almost no damage before or after the job and we had concerns the client was possibly trying to get free work done as she stated the same bad review on the previous movers as well

I genuinely don’t think we could have done the move without these guys! They were efficient, careful with our furniture, and overall very nice guys. They arrived punctually and were aware of the time constraints specific to our situation. 10/10 will definitely be hiring them again for our next move!

We Have 3 Sizes of Furniture Dollie. Small, Medium, Large, (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
We have entire tool sets we send out with the teams including impact drivers and sockets, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
We Have many Different Types of dollies we can provide. Including but not limited to Floor Dollie, Hand truck, Appliance Dollie, and Arm Dollie., (always included, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
We offer large roll of wrap for 40$ or a small roll for 20$ or for extreme budget we can wrap most items for 4$ per item, ($55.00/ea.)
Rope:
We provide one Ratchett strap tie down and can sell upon request for 5$ each, ($10.00/ea.)
