A.B. Industries did a great job with my move. They arrived early, were very careful moving my furniture and items, and were efficient in the whole process! On top of it, all three movers were very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great couple of people to assist them in their move.

I am so happy I decided to hire A.B. Industries to help with my move! They had a little trouble finding my home and arrived about 45 minutes late, but when they did get here they were well prepared, and they were very pleasant and hard working throughout the two hours they helped me move. They treated my furniture and other items with care, moved quickly, and I was very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them to others, and if I need to move again I will be hiring A.B. Industries again.

They arrived on time. Aaron and the other male were terrific. Hard working. The 3rd helper Samantha was a little too inexperienced. She was slow and inefficient packer. Her utilization of space in the boxes was poor and I'm a little concerned about some glass items not wrapped in paper before packing. Aaron thought she was awesome I did not. She was sweet but that doesn't really count she was not a professional packer. There was a little glitch but they were accommodating. I should have been supervising a little more closely but I felt like I was getting in the way. My furniture and belongings did not fit on the pod which should have been realized earlier. I was lucky as most of my furniture was old and not really worth storing so the decision was made to leave some behind. I had to call and they had to empty and reload the pod as I wanted a few pieces of my furniture. ( for compensation).
Where they really excelled is getting rid of all the trash and items I didn't want.
I liked Aaron he remains calm answer his phone and is reliable. Now I just need to wait and see what my things look like when I unpack.

We had the absolute best experience with A.B. Industires during our move!!! They were incredibly professional and friendly, arrived on time, and happy to be on the job. Also, when my moving truck arrived several hours late, they were flexible and worked with me to accommodate my new time line on the fly. This was absolutely above and beyond in my opinion, and some of the best service and commitment I've experienced in a long time! Further, they are professional movers, and it is evident that they know what they are doing. They were very respectful of my belongings and my home; I cannot say enough about these guys.....I highly recommend them!

I'm so happy I hired A.B. Industries to help us pack our stuff into two ABF U-Pack ReloCubes. They showed up on time with bubble wrap, plastic wrap, and immediately got to work moving things. I didn't have to do anything - easily within two hours it was all loaded, secured, and ready to go! They did a great job protecting and securing my TV, which was one thing I had been really worried about. I would absolutely use them again! It definitely made moving a lot less stressful.

I highly recommend A.B. Industries. They were on time, prepared, worked incredibly hard, and they were respectful of my property. The packed my moving truck well and when they finished that before the end of the allotted two hours then worked to help me clean my apartment in preparation to move out. I cannot recommend A.B. strongly enough. Aaron provides excellent customer service. I will use A.B. again.

They arrived on time, prepared to go to work, and worked hard. However, Aaron (the business owner and lead worker) has serious issues when it comes to dealing with his helper/employee and with dealing with his customer/me.
We were told that Aaron had worked with this helper on numerous previous occasions. However, Aaron repeatedly treated this helper like a child, to the point of literally stopping work and lecturing him on how to do his job. I'm sure that this was very humiliating to the helper. I am fortunate that I never had to work for a boss like Aaron. To repeatedly dress down a subordinate in public is not the way to win loyalty and we were embarassed for Carl (the helper). "Praise in public, criticize in private."
On the matter of the treatment of the customer/me, at one point Aaron appeared to be puzzled as to how to fit a tall piece of furniture into the truck. When I suggested a solution to the problem Aaron turned to the helper and told him to take his direction from me, then walked off the truck in a huff. In his defense he did apologize for his behavior just as soon as his temper cooled down and again at the end of the job. Nonetheless, this is unacceptable behavior.
Although they did a decent job, I would not recommend this company.
