What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
With Castle Labor we begin our moving day with a confirmation call to at least an hour before your scheduled appointment confirming this is still a convenient time arrival time. You can expect your crew for the day to be on time if not a bit early as timing is everything for us. You will be greeted with experienced professional movers well equipped to get your move completed seamlessly and stress free!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Castle labor provides all aspects of moving from packing to loading, unloading, unpacking with All disassembly and reassembly included. The more organized packed or dissembled things are when your crew arrive the quicker it can go resulting in less hours and a cheaper bill!

My favorite part about being a mover would have to be helping people in a stressful time. I am able to be somebody's hero everyday! I can go on and on i love the networking and all the different people and stories you encounter. I appreciate the experience in being shown so many walks of life and a moment that brings us together to get this move done !
What training do you provide your crew members?
Here at Castle Labor each prospective employee undergoes a 90day probation period they spend the first 30 days as a "shadow" to one of our "crew leads" here learning how to properly protect items, wrap furniture, and pack. from the 31st to the 60th day they under go Tool and Safety Proficiency , and furniture assembly shadowing and hands on training. for the final 30 days each mover under goes safety and moving technique and training. once this 90day period is completed each employee will be experienced.
