Our service with Brookwood Moving was great. They were polite and professional, called ahead to confirm what time we wanted, and showed up on time. We asked them to wear a mask inside and they wore them the whole time without arguing. They were very careful moving things inside, taking a lot of care not to drop anything or hit any walls or doorways. They got the job done within the scheduled time. I would definitely hire them again.

They were on time and friendly. They seemed knowledgeable, prepared and did a good job of loading and unloading to storage unit. They were not as careful with some valuable items and did not do as was requested. They were not fast and could have been more effecient. I would not probably use them again. They were available on short notice which was valuable.

I had a great experience with their services. We were scheduled for them to arrive between 10-11 and they showed up at 10. Communication before the move was great. We had three guys load two pods for us and they did a fantastic job with the loading. They wrapped all of our furniture and were very careful with our belongings. Very nice crew. They even helped us round up our crazy cat that had freaked out and crawled into our couch (we didn’t expect them to be so punctual and hadn’t put the cat up by the time they arrived). Very fair pricing as we’d gotten estimates from several different moving services.

Immediate contact to confirm appointment date, time, and any specific tools required for disassembly or reassembly. Follow up call 24 hours before your moving date.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance, local, full service, labor only, corporate. Everything.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
