Communication from Chris @ Brookwood was prompt and efficient. His staff arrived as scheduled and worked extremely hard in difficult terrain and extreme heat to load the POD that was ordered. They were pleasant, respectful and very helpful with suggestions for the second POD that will be delivered.
When pod was picked up, they found that the lock was not secured properly. My realtor had to follow them back to base so lock could be cut off. The door would then not open all the way so they had to adjust some items to open door and secure items.

I would definitely use them again. We sold our home and had to rent a container from PODS to store our items in until our new home is completed. Chris and his team, 3 in total, did a great job loading the container. They worked steadily during the entire time. They were friendly, polite, and very accommodating. Arrived on time and had all the necessary tools to do the job. We had a few large items including an upright piano and a side by side refrigerator and they were very respectful of all our items. I will be scheduling Brookwood Moving again in the next few weeks when we are ready to unload the POD and empty our storage unit to our new home. They did a great job!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance, local, full service, labor only, corporate. Everything.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
