We loved the individual they sent, the second person never showed up. I want the individual to get credit for a great job but the company promised to send additional help on two separate occasions that day. The total bill was reduced by not by half we had all of the additional fees even though we got half the service.

“Absolutely the Worst” would be a more suitable name.
Unfortunately, I am certain I’m not the first customer to coin that phrase.
They stood me up with a fully loaded 26 foot rental truck that was due back that same day.
They would not answer their phone, or return my voice mails.
I unloaded half of the truck myself as I waited for them, since I needed to get the truck out of the condo’s parking lot ASAP.
Hire-a-Helper finally gave up on them as well, at the end of the day, when they also couldn’t get a response from them, and they found a more reliable contractor to send to help me the following day.
If you want to unload by yourself, sure go ahead and hire “Absolutely the Beat (Worst)”.

The movers showed up on time to help pack. They came with a utility dolly, and we provided packing supplies such as tethers, moving wrap, and packing blankets. Things were not packed correctly and more things could have been packed if the packing had been done correctly. A few of our objects (thankfully nothing valuable) were broken. The cubes were not packed high and tight as they should have been. We asked them not to pack the tethers and moving wraps and those had been thrown in at some point. We ended up purchasing another cube and packing it because things didn’t fit. I would not use them again personally.
