The two young men who arrived were very pleasant and well mannered. However they didn’t seem to understand my unloading directives and unfortunately for me, I was distracted while they were unloading and when left on their own, they just put stuff wherever. Even though ALL of the bins had a taped label stating primary bath, primary bedroom, or miscellaneous and I gave them the directive to place the bins in two areas only- a lot of the bins were seriously misplaced- which tells me they did not bother to even look at the labels-NOR DID THEY EVEN PLACE THE BINS WITH THE LABELS FACING OUT SO THEY COULD BE EASILY IDENTIFIED, and I’m still searching for bins that should have been placed in the primary bedroom; it’s been a week. So no, I’m not very happy with the service this team of young men provided.

Workers were nice and friendly. Can’t say that they knew how to pack a 26’ moving truck. Would never use thus company again. Workers were almost 2 hours late, did not bring the tools they needed for the job, workers employers were terrible to work with and contracted for work, work to be performed appeared on the contract, then company said oh we don’t provide that service it was an internal error. What BS, I don’t care about your poor customer training I care about the work you were hired to do than did a bait and switch on. Stay away from this company, they are bad news. When you are moving you don’t need this kind of stress from your moving company

Tom and his helper were on time, professional and prepared to do the job. No milking here, they were on it.! As a former New Yorker who expects graft and corruption, I wasn't sure how this was going to work out, but you can feel safe with this outfit.
