The laborers arrive unprepared. I specifically stated what I needed and what task and tools they would need prior to my scheduled date. They arrived empty handed and I knowledgeable on moving and storing. They didn’t know how to wrap the items, they didn’t know how to place the items in the truck. Further, it was very hot, they came with no water or anything to hydrate. Therefore making it longer for them to finish the job. Very poor service. This negative review goes towards the business, manager or owner that did not make sure the workers were prepared.

They were supposed to arrive between 8:30 and 10 am but arrived much later at 12 Noon. They did a good job though.

Let's start with the positives: the guys were very friendly and personable. They were nice, helpful, and kind.
Now for the negatives. The guys didn't use a full back brace, and they probably should have. They caused damage to the wall of our rental home because they didn't realize a glider chair could be separated. They did not know how to assemble a crib (even WITH the manual), and my wife had to take over and do it for them. They weren't clear on the time restraints and did not finish the assembly job we were promised.
I would certainly have a beer with these guys, but to hire them again? I'll pass. I need to speak with their manager and find a way to fix the damage they caused (and to finish the job).

Danny and Kenny ( not sure of name) we’re super! They were on time , neat , organized and All around a perfect move. They made it effortless. I would highly recommend absolutely the best movers.
