The team showed up 3 hours late. The two staff did not appear to be trained moving staff. Both were kind but not at all what I expected. Very disappointed with this company. Yes I was called and notified that they would be 2 hours late but then did not show up until 3rd hour. They got the Pod unloaded within 55 minutes despite paying for 2hours. I suggest you think twice before using this company as reliability and commitment to timeliness are not respected.

They arrived 45 minutes late and worked too slowly so we had to rush in order to let the truck leave on time. They didn’t bring a hand truck or a dolly and somehow while using my hand truck the wheel fastener disappeared so now I have to get it fixed or replaced before I can move the furniture they didn’t have time to place.

Mike and Aaron were amazing! On time, ready with their tools and straps and dollies to unload our things with utmost care. They were polite and careful, respectful of our things. They worked hard and efficiently asked where everything went and we would definitely use them again!!
