Two men showed up. I described the nature of my move before hand. I had a pod and very large furniture and a couple of beds that needed disassembled along with lots of boxes etc.
They showed up without any tools whatsoever. I had to ask a neighbor to borrow his tools. You would think that this circumstance should have never happened but it did.
They both were pleasant but I was frustrated with the no tools and they seemed to not be in a hurry at all. It was estimated to take 2 hours but it took longer than that.

The two young men who assisted with loading our truck were very friendly, but lacking in equipment to facilitate that for which they were assigned. They arrived with only a four wheel furniture dolly - no straps, two wheel carts, etc.
They arrived almost 20 minutes late (scheduled time of arrival was between 12-1 p.m.) They began to assess what needed to be accomplished upon arrival, and their start time ended up being 1:19 p.m. Luckily they were able to accomplish everything necessary for our departure in under two hours. We had a rental vehicle that needed to be returned to the airport by 4:00 p.m. with a 50 minute drive to get there, and their late arrival added to the stress already felt by the move.

We had a wonderful experience with the Hire a Helper team in Cookeville, TN. This one ...not so much. Two guys did show up and moved stuff for about 20 minutes. Then they took their first of many breaks. One even locked himself in the master bathroom for 15-20 minutes to to take a dump. Then he helped himself to beverages in the refrigerator. After the two hours we contracted for it was obvious that they would not be finished. They said they would finish if we paid them for another hour but we had to pay them cash. We did. We were glad when they left. I would not recommend this company for the Cape Coral, Florida. Find someone else and you will be happier.
