My house has scratches from th3 movers, boxes labeled clothes were in the kitchen. Hard wood floors scuffed. My husband and I were upset.

I don't think we could have completed our move without the help of the fine, young men they sent to help with our move. I asked for them to arrive at 9am and at exactly 9am they were knocking at our door. They worked non stop till the job was done. I had underestimated the amount of time, and yes this was my fault, and they happily stayed to finish the job. Since I never plan to move again, I don't think I would have the pleasure of having them work for me again, but if I did, they would be the first people I will call. Thank you for the smooth move from one house to another. Not only were you prompt, your people worked very hard for six and half hours, my possessions were treated like it was their own, and now I am in my brand new home!!

I thought I had ordered 2 people for 5 hours. I got 3 people for 3 hours. They did a good job, but I could have used them longer. My fault I didn't spend more time looking at the agreement. I didn't want to extend the hours without knowing the cost.

While I highly recommend these two gentlemen, I am somewhat put out by the fact that when I got a quote from you and gave your the square footage of our home and the items, which wasn't many, in terms of furniture, you quoted me up for a 2-3 hour job and then $70 per hour after if needed. It took 5. We thought for sure that there would be 3 men, and only 2. This was not a hard job or a big one. should have been completed in 3 hours with 2 men, instead we ended up paying another $175 plus the tip of $60. Pretty expense move especially when we were quote a flat rate of 3 men of $460. Not sure if we will use you on this end to unload in the next couple months. I think this is a bit deceiving in terms of getting a proper quote.

Mark and Wade were super efficient and careful with my stuff, not to mention helpful (they offered to help assemble some of my furniture) and personable. I definitely recommend and would hire them again.
