the two gentlemen that came did a great job but whomever did the scheduling messed up because the guys only did half the job even though I was assured that they would complete the job that threw my self ,my wife and daughter to finish the move very disappointed they were about 45 minutes late

The crew from Cape Fear Provisioners arrived right on time. They were exceptionally courteous & very respectful of our household goods. They worked non-stop for four hours to unload three PODS in rain, high humidity & heat. Would definitely use them again.

First of all, I would like to suggest that the company provide an exact start time instead of an hour window. I had signed up for an 8-9am start time. One guy showed up at 9:01am and the other one handed showed so I called an cancelled him. We had a 26 foot truck completely packed. I hired two men for 2 hours but also had 4 friends helping as well. We started at 8am and were half way done by 9am. The heaviest stuff was last to be unloaded so it was great that we had the helper for that part of unloading. It was either stand around waiting until the helper got here at 9am or start without him. Essentially I ended up overpaying for 1 guy for 2 hours when he only unloaded for 1 hour. There needs to be more clarity on a set start time, not window of time.
