First of all, I would like to suggest that the company provide an exact start time instead of an hour window. I had signed up for an 8-9am start time. One guy showed up at 9:01am and the other one handed showed so I called an cancelled him. We had a 26 foot truck completely packed. I hired two men for 2 hours but also had 4 friends helping as well. We started at 8am and were half way done by 9am. The heaviest stuff was last to be unloaded so it was great that we had the helper for that part of unloading. It was either stand around waiting until the helper got here at 9am or start without him. Essentially I ended up overpaying for 1 guy for 2 hours when he only unloaded for 1 hour. There needs to be more clarity on a set start time, not window of time.

Guys did well. A backup crew started the job. They had another job to get to in South Carolina. They did a good job filling in.

This is the second time I have used this provider. They are always on time, great communication, prepared for the job, worked very hard, and are so pleasant and friendly. They are the only good part of moving. I was lucky enough to get Nathan again for this job and he directs his crew so efficiently and loads a moving truck like you won't believe. If you are looking for some good old fashioned hard working workers with sense enough to be instructed once on what you want and then you sit back and watch them accomplish it then this crew is for you. Highly recommended.

The helpers were on time and got all our stuff unloaded in a short amount of time, so I only ended up paying the minimum 2 hours which was less than expected. They were nice and friendly too and would definitely hire them again. The manager called me in advance to get details for the job to be fully prepared. Great experience with them!

These two guys were so professional! They were prompt! They were courteous and respectful! They worked in unison and coordinated every step during our moving process! If they needed clarification on anything, they were sure to ask so the job was done correctly on the first and only try! They were extremely productive and efficient! We just wish we could have brought them to Georgia with us for the unload! They truly earned their purse!

Arrival time was set between 10 and 11. Company called to confirm the day after the appt and again 24 hrs before the date of the move. Mover called at 9:00 to tell me that they would arrive at 10:30. At 10:30 he called again to tell me there was an issue contacting the other employee and would be late, but they were on their way. Arrived at 11:37. Both men introduced themselves and Went right to work. After 45 minutes, one of them complained of chest pains and called EMS. He continued to work (which I wasn't aware of) until the EMS arrived. Not sure what happened but the man left in the ambulance. The other mover contacted the owner and continued working on his own. The owner requested additional movers to help finish the job, and they arrived nearly three hours later, in time to move two larger pieces. The young man that stayed start to finish was incredible, persevering in the face of such a number of setbacks caused by issues he clearly had no hand in. It would have been nice to get a phone call or text or email from the owner/manager/coordinator indicating they cared as much as this young man did.
