Richard and Eric were great; they were on time and started to move the stuff. They were very cautious not to break or damage anything wrapped the shelf and furniture; it was a perfect loading the truck.

The men worked very quickly and efficiently. They were very kind to me (even when I kept finding more things to pack) and worked hard to fit everything into my storage pod. They wrapped furniture and secured everything with rope in the pod so the items wouldn’t move around in transport. I really appreciate their hard work!

Supposed to been there between 11:00 and 12:00 a.m., got there at 1:30. Guys worked really good, it would have helped if one of them would have spoke any kind of English at all, I can't believe you send Hispanic guys to do a job for English speaking people. I have nothing against Hispanic people whatsoever, but you need to be able to converse with them. So I had them for 4 hours that would have been 5:30, and they left between 3:00 and 4:00. I got a $90 refund because they were late, which I don't think was enough. I wouldn't recommend these people at all.

Carlos and Santi were absolutely amazing. Quick, careful not to damage anything and professional throughout. We wouldn't want to move again on the Texas heat but definitely wouldn't do it without their help. Cannot recommend enough.

A crew showed up on 2 different move out occasions and you couldn’t ask for a harder working group. We had a 4 BR family of 5 to move and they made it feel like a small apartment move. Just share what items are very important to you and let them relieve you of all the stress of moving. What a stress and physical pain relief by using Black House!!
