They did a great job. Got an entire POD unloaded in just over an hour. Very polite and careful with our things.

They were supposed to show up between 4-5 PM and did not show until 6:00PM. Only 1 person showed up at the loading location. He did not speak or understand English. But we managed to figure it out. My husband and I had already loaded 90% of the truck. The 2nd guy showed up at the unload and the 2 worked to help us unload. They were kind and respectful but we ended up paying for 3 extra hours of the rental truck and we paid for 2 hours of labor and they only worked around 1 hour. It made the move difficult than it should have been.

Arrival was on time, and was completed quickly. We only saw one worker. We paid for two workers for two hours. The company claims that the other worker stayed in the ReloCube (moving pod) the entire time and that's why the second person wasn't seen; which doesn't make sense, given that heavy items had to be carried upstairs, for which a second person would have been helpful.
I was aware that if only one hour is used that you still have to pay for two hours.
The mover did a great job, but if there are actually two movers, they should both introduce themselves, so that the customer knows that they are getting what they paid for. Also, there should be a one hour option, for when you know that you will only need one hour.
In conclusion, I feel like we were overcharged twice. The customer service line was not in the least bit friendly. They seem to want to hear that everything was perfect, or they get snippy with you.

I booked through Hire a Helper and was matched with Black House Moving LLC. The lead mover was professional and helpful, but the second mover struggled with basic tasks. Some items were handled roughly, resulting in damage to my trailer flooring, ripped a strap off my brand new mattress, and a broken light in my home. My husband ended up stepping in so things could move along safely and to prevent further damage to our items. I appreciate the lead mover's effort, but was disappointed with the overall handling and outcome. I would not use them again.

They were very quick and efficient! In and out in less than two hours for a two bedroom home and seemed to handle my boxes with care. One of the guys was even some comedic relief in an otherwise stressful moving process. I would definitely recommend these guys!
