Alex and the other gentleman that came to help him (I can't remember his name off the top of my head) were excellent help unloading the PackRat container. They were on time, had every tool they needed for the job, and didn't stop working from the time we started until the container was empty and everything was in the proper general area. They were very careful with all of my property, and made sure to point out any damage that was caused while my things were in storage. I would definitely recommend them, and if I have need to use movers again, UMS will be my first call.
