These guys were hard workers. I originally paid for two guys for two hours. I told your customer support that I may need them for up to 4 hours. Three guys showed up and they were hell bent on finishing in two hours. I told them that I did not mind paying for overtime. I asked to get my bed put back together and my recliners put back together. They did it but with a "we gotta go" mentality. When we got into bed that night, the bed fell to the floor. They had put it together wrong. With three hours of work on my part, I managed to fix what they had done wrong. We subsequently sat in the recliners and they were put together wrong. I corrected the poor installation. The guys were great. If they were not so much in a hurry, they would have been perfect.....unfortunate.

Prompt. Came very well prepared : tools to assembled & disassemble; lifting slings worn by each man; thought out each movement before doing it therefore no damage to themselves nor my home or items being moved." No grass grew under their feet". I would use them again " in a heart beat"

We charge an extra 5% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
