They were having a rough day with multiple appointments before us that went over so they ended up 2.5 hours late as we were the last appointment of the day. There wasn't any communication ahead of time that they would be late and I do wish instead of having called in back-up for the earlier jobs in the day they had sent someone out to the next gig to get things going. That said, I'm happy to still give them four stars because by the time they made it to us they did an impressive job. They were extremely polite and careful and put everything right where we asked. They even helped us unpack the washer/dryer set and bring it down an extra flight of stairs to the basement with no extra charge. They emptied a 26 foot U-Haul in 45mins. It was a rough day and I would recommend them for sure, despite the initial worry/hiccups.

Very professional, friendly and courteous, as well as careful in regard to protecting both the home as well as the furniture they were handling. We would definitely recommend them to others as well as use them again in the future if the need arises.
