My husband and I have moved the same amount of items at least 3 times using Hire a Helper. In the past it took the guys 1.5 hours to load and 1.5 hours to unload. The Bell Boys were.....slow. It took them almost 5 hours to load the truck and then another 4 hours to unload. Then, I was asked to bill the additional time through them "directly" and was told that the additional hourly rate would be $55/hour. I knew that was a lot more than was quoted by Hire a Helper. A box of crystal that was marked "fragile" on all sides of the box was loaded on the bottom of three boxes and then dropped while bringing the box into my basement. Additionally, they dropped our water cooler while loading it into the truck and it no longer functions. I would not use them again.

We had worked with the Bell Boys before and were very satisfied with there work. This time they had a job baked up to our that ran over the time to move them. They notified us however it threw us off a the move was not completed due to the later starting time.

The movers arrived early ready to start on time. They were very respectful of our wishes and helped us unpack a POD, put most in a Uhaul , and then unload the Uhaul to a storage bin. They worked hard to repack the bin to our liking and managed to fit the items in neatly and safely. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Crew was on time and completed the job within the 2 hour window. They easily took direction on where to move our belongings and nothing was damaged, no dings on the walls, etc. We would use them again.

Parker and Jake were fantastic. Very friendly and worked non-stop until they were done. I felt bad that they didn't have any of the equipment that they should have had, like a furniture dolly or straps, etc. A tremendous amount of lifting. Thank goodness I was the first stop. They had several more and must have been worn out at the end of the day. I would use them again.
