Not impressed with the way they conduct business. I tried contacting them multiple times and got zero response with no call back despite leaving messages. On the moving day, I was nervous they would not show up as I had not heard from them. They showed up 1.5-2 hours late after calling them (again with no answer). All of the people I had to help move were waiting around for them to arrive. If I had gotten any form of communication from them, I would’ve been understanding. The guys looked absolutely wiped out when they showed up, but they were prepared and treated our belongings respectfully.

They were great. They kept me alerted of when they would be there and came right on time. They came in and immediately started loading the POD. They took their time and made sure they knew what items were fragile to properly load them. They were fast but thorough and made sure everything was done correctly and secured.
I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired these guys because of all the great reviews....I wish I could say we had a good experience also but we did not and could not recommend these guys to anyone.
First, we didn't receive a confirmation phone call and had to reach out to Bell Boys directly. We were told by Bell Boys that two guys would show up at 8am...they arrived at 8:50. When we called and complained to HireAHelper they said that the contract said they could show up between 8-9...they didn't seem to care that Bell Boys had said specifically they would show up at 8am. The two guys that showed up did not work well together and argued with each other and snapped at each other the whole time...and they were SLOW!
