Everything was set up with the Pack Rat container to be delivered at a certain day and the following day Armstrong movers were to arrive. Due to the Pack Rat driver calling in sick, the container was now being delivered the following day. This meant that I had to reschedule the movers. We agreed on 4-5 pm. I had to have someone that lives 2 hours away, drive to the site and wait. Armstrong movers did not show up on time. After calling them, they said that they got behind in another job and would be there around 11pm. That did not happen, and they finally showed up after midnight. I cannot even blame them for if it was not for the driver of Pack Rat being a no show, this would not have happened. Pack Rat needs to take a better look at having relief drivers so that the customer is not inconvenienced. Yes, I WOULD use Armstrong again. They did show up as tired as they were and that alone was impressive. They were professional, they placed everything exactly where we wanted it and they did an excellent job. Thank you for not leaving us hanging like Pack Rat did. We appreciate you!

3-1/2 stars. They were nice young men that were quick and effecient. BUT.... they often didn't consider the work at hand. For example, they filled our den with boxes, knowing full well there was furniture to go in there.... so only half the furniture made it into the den, the rest was put in the hall for me to deal with. They were also instructed to put some items in the backyard or side of the house, and some of the items were put on top of the hot tub cover which could have damaged it. A little more thought on the part of the workers would have been nice. Otherwise, everything went fairly well.
