Mike and John were the movers that came to my house. They were awesome. Got right to work and were very careful handling my furniture and fragile items. I want them to come back and help me unpack. The following criticism is for the company: I received a confirmation email about 9 pm Saturday advising me that I had to provide moving blankets. Where did they think I was going to find these items on Sunday. Would have been nice to know earlier in the week when I booked the job. They were booked for 1-2 pm for two hours. However another job took longer than expected so they did not arrive until 5 pm. The office did let me know this. Otherwise the actual workers were fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

The team was polite, professional and very good at packing out the pod!! They fit a ton of my stuff in carefully and maximized all the room they could. They worked nonstop until we agree nothing else could fit. It felt like they wanted to be there and they supported anything I asked regarding placement of fragile pieces. Highly recommend!!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
