The team was polite, professional and very good at packing out the pod!! They fit a ton of my stuff in carefully and maximized all the room they could. They worked nonstop until we agree nothing else could fit. It felt like they wanted to be there and they supported anything I asked regarding placement of fragile pieces. Highly recommend!!

The 2 men who came to help were hard workers,showed up on time and did the best they could to load the POD. I thought it could have been loaded better. I had asked and was told they would supply wrap and rope to help with the loading,they did not. They said their boss didn't give them any. Being under time constraints we needed to go ahead with the loading. I had difficulty contacting them to confirm the scheduled appointment. I was not happy with the management side of the company. Given my experience I would not use them again.

These guys were AMAZING! They had quite the task ahead of them this morning in the rain. Filling our Pod took significant strategizing. Like the worst game of Jenga one could ever play! The guys were professional, strategic, friendly, compassionate, and treated us like we were family. It was truly a great pleasure working with them. They agreed to the job, then canceled right after claiming something was oversized & wasn’t properly charged. He refused to charge for it but would also love to know how he knew something’s size without asking or seeing it. He knew all of this when he accepted the job originally so just sounds LAZY.

They were 15 mins early not one complaint can I find in these two young men , they worked nonstop from the time they arrived until they finished. My opinion of these two is completely amazed at their respect of everything. I myself would use them anytime. The company they work for was just as wonderful as the employees

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
