MIke and Kyle were a wonderful team. They introduced themselves, came prepared to work, did a walk-through and discussed what was important. They wrapped the wood furniture very well and loaded the POD efficiently. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They worked really hard and could not have done it without them. They were personable and took care of my stuff. My only complaint is they showed up 20 min after the window I was given, but that seems to be more a office issue and over booking them.

They were on time and quick, but they announced they were going to be charging extra for mileage right as we met up. They charged a 1/2 hour extra for their time. The lead guy was rude when I let him know I hadn’t been able to give them a cash tip... extenuating circumstances. I had picked up drinks and snacks specifically for them but he didn’t even partake because he was upset about the tip. He turned around and left mumbling how he does the work from his heart and how bad it was that I couldn’t tip (single mom, new state, new house). Didn’t follow directions on where to put things. Instead of outside... VERY heavy for me... left at back door. A week later, still there. I can’t move them. Wasn’t helpful when it came to trying to place an oversized desk. Hire a Helper, however, listened to my complaints and adjusted accordingly! Thank you!

Even though, there was a contract to sign, it felt like a handshake agreement. They delivered what was promised. They left no doubt that our goods would be handle professionally and with a great deal of care. In this day of gross incompetence, it was refreshing to find an organization that has fine tuned their service to benefit their clients. Need I say more.

Right on time, called ahead to alert me 30 minutes before. Very hard workers, very accommodating, polite, careful with my possessions. Would absolutely recommend them to friends/family!!
