If you book your job with us, we will see it through to its completion. We never take on more work than we can handle. If we are already booked for the day that you requested, we offer you the nearest available day. We can provide you all needed equipment and packing materials.

They were almost 2 hours late. They arrived and asked for payment up front - cash. My sister in law was there, I was not, and she called me. I spoke to the man, who spoke in broken English that payment is through Hire A Helper. He started to insist that he needed payment up front. I totally lost it and yelled at him that payment was through Hire A Helper. When we received the Pod container, it looked like they threw stuff in. Luckily nothing was broken. I would never use them again.

On time . Respecful of property . Worked VERY hard . Only downside was truck not big enough ; had to make 2 trips which added cosiderably to cost .

The team was on time, however, their approach to the job and attitude was not great.
First, I booked for 3 people for 3 hours to help unload and throughout the process they kept complaining about having to bring boxes up to the third floor as if they were doing me a favor. It got to the point where I gave up and had them unload the rest in the garage. I can take care of things myself without all the whining.
Second, the crew took two smoking breaks in between during their paid time.
Finally, since I decided not to deal with the complaining the job was completed early and they still expected a tip, on top of that, didn't get refunded for unused time.
Would never recommend using them again.

5 stars for Mike and Mike, the two guys that came from Cal State movers. They arrived on time and worked very hard for 6 hours straight. They expertly packed the pod with boxes and furniture and secured each section with rope. They wrapped all the furniture items to prevent scratching. They were respectful, perfectionistic, and I highly recommend this team.

These were nice guys who worked hard and did an ok job. They were extremely late - to the point that we had to reschedule for the next morning and even then, they were an additional two hours late.

You need to adjust my payment since I paid for (3) workers for (3) hours when only (2) workers showed up and worked from 3pm till 5:30pm!

Worked hard and in the speediest manner possible. Move time was delayed, but excellent service once the job started.

Two hours late... Distraught movers... Did not communicate with me at all throughout the move... Expensive for the lack of service and attention to detail... Movers cussed throughout... Broke and/or damaged several pieces of furniture... Will never use again!
