Two of the three employees worked hard. One was a bit slow and spent portions of his time like a government roadcrew worker: standing and watching. This alone doesn't warrant a two-star rating. That was earned because a sectional couch was loaded improperly (nested with another piece of the couch, but horizontally rather than vertically). Then heavy boxes were placed on the overturned couch resulting in tearing the underside mesh and breaking some of the wood support structure. I'm not a professional mover, but this was a rookie act and even I know shouldn't have happened. I'll not be using them when I move the rest of my belongings in August.

These guys were really customer service oriented. We had one large pod and were worried about space. They made everything fit and were great throughout the entire process. Great communication.
