Yes, they arrived on time. Yes they were prepared for the job. They worked very hard. They were very respectful. My major one complaint at the end they started stacking things. And I did not have 100% finished packing my boxes. So now I have to hire them back to redo the back end of the pod a little more neatly so I can fit the rest of the boxes in. I’m a little irritated about this. Plus, I gave both of the men and very nice tip. Daniel sat in the car so I did not have someone to interpret for me.
Regarding the work, you told me what would and wouldn't be leaving. You pointed out the boxes, and they were completely sealed, so I don't understand your displeasure.

Great job by Daniel and his two helpers. Our POD arrived early and he ended up arriving well before established time. In and out quickly, everything done that we asked/ needed help with. Fantastic work!

These guys worked crazy hard. I had way too much stuff and I didn’t know if it was all going to fit in the POD. But these guys made it work. They were fast, careful, and knowledgeable about loading how to use space efficiently which I cannot stress enough how important that is. These guys get the job done… and done well.
