Daniel came with Emilio and Winston and beat me to the location so we got started right away. They were fast but still took care in packing my items into the Uhaul. They finished an hour early and made short work of some very heavy totes!

They graciously accommodated me with a later appointment time when I requested it, they arrived on-time within the appointment window, and they were incredibly efficient at loading a lot of belongings into what I thought was too small of a space. I want to start by saying the movers themselves were hardworking, friendly, and fast. They handled most of my items with care and made the moving process much less stressful overall. However, I unfortunately can’t give a glowing review due to a major issue — they dropped and broke my 65-inch TV right in front of me and my mom.
Accidents happen, but what made this experience especially disappointing was the way the claim was handled. I was only offered a fraction of the replacement cost, and the response felt dismissive given the circumstances. It didn’t feel fair or professional, especially when I trusted them to move my belongings safely.
So while I appreciate the effort the movers put in, I can’t fully recommend the company unless they improve how they resolve damage claims and take more accountability when things go wrong.
